Knitting
Allie did not have finished objects to show, however she did finish two woven wall hangings that were gifted and received well. Allie has been working on her new Cawl Me in her Cabin Creek Creationz bag and Granito.
Vicki finished the Wee Heather May hat for Hats for Kiddos. She mentioned a pattern named Stella a friend of hers is knitting. Vicki has been working on a Without a Sound out of Unwind Yarn Company in the Lake Francis Sunrise colorway in an Otterly Adorable Knits bag. She is also knitting Immune to Gravity out of Leading Men Fiber Arts in The Great Sweater Debate colorway, housed in a bag from Rain Storm Studios.
Topic: How does your knitting change during the summer?
Hata for Kiddos: Our theme for June will be Boys Club! It was brought to our attention that a few of our more recent themes have been on the girlier side, so we want to dedicate a couple of months to more boy and/or gender neutral themed hats.
Reading
Allie did not finish a book. She has been reading The Nest and listening to Into the Water.
Vicki finished reading One Breath Away and Cross the Line. She is currently reading When We Were Sisters and Knit to be Tied.
